Thank you for placing your order with the Shree Ghanapathy Temple.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You have purchased with Us.

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
‘You’ means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Shree Ghanapathy Temple, 125-133 Effra Road, London SW19 8PU.

Service Booking refers to the religious services offered on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to perform a Service Booking by Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so provided this is no sooner than 1 day before the Service Booking is due to be performed.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You placed the order provided that it is no sooner than 1 day before the Service Booking is due to be performed Once the Service Booking has been performed we are unable to issue any refund.

We will reimburse You no later than 28 days from the day on which We receive your cancellation instruction. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
We do not permit the cancellation of donations.

Conditions for Returns
Once a Service Booking has been performed returns are not permitted.
Once a donation has been made, we are unable to permit returns. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods
It is not possible to return any Service Booking or donation.

Gifts
If the Service Booking was marked as a gift for somebody else when purchased by you, you will receive any credit for the value. We will not refund any monies to the gift receiver.
